The Best Solution sponsors Cambodian students

Besides the manufacturing of coiled cables, The Best Solution finds it very important to contribute to a better future for our next generation. We strongly believe that a good education is the key to breaking the circle of poverty and can create a better future for children and their families. As you can see on our website at “School project Angkorsor Cambodja” our heart especially goes out to Cambodja and their population. We therefor decided to commit ourselves to a monthly sponsorship to 2 young Cambodian Students. One of the most rewarding aspects of sponsoring a student is getting to know students personally, and see firsthand how the sponsoring can positively affect the lives of the student's and their families. We are happy to proudly introduce Channa and Puthdy.

This is Channa. She comes from Takeo Province. Her father is an army veteran who was discharged because he injured and lost his leg when he was on duty. So, he stays at home while Channa‘s mother works as a cleaner in a garment factory. The family lives in the province. They do not own land to cultivate crops, vegetables or fruits. Because of this situation Channa’s elder brother and sister stopped studying in order to support the family. Channa wishes that her elder sister, who is currently working in the garment factory, also get‘s an opportunity to study a good skill.
Drawing and painting is Channa’s passion and she wishes to develop her skills in that too. She likes to study and learn the English language.
In the pictures below on the left is the father and on the right is the younger brother, Heang, who also had to stop studying. Both have started rebuilding little by little their old wooden house in stone from the salaries of garment factory from the mother and elder sister.
